Retired Lt. Col. Kevin D. Randle is a prolific writer (fiction and non-fiction) and scholar of all things extraterrestrial. Heard weekly on Coast to Coast AM, he recently released a new work called LEVELLAND that chronicles one of the strangest UFO encounters from 1957 in Levelland, Texas.
